Atri8 provides an autonomous operations layer for institutions. The specific scope, features, and configuration of the Service made available to any institution are defined in a separate written agreement between Atri8 and that institution. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding description of Service functionality.

03 / ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our website or Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, you represent that you are authorized to act on that institution's behalf.

04 / ACCEPTABLE USE

Pricing and payment terms for the Service are set out in a separate agreement with each institution and are not published on this website.

09 / CONFIDENTIALITY

Any non-public information shared between you and Atri8 in connection with evaluating or using the Service should be treated as confidential and used only for the purposes for which it was shared, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

10 / DISCLAIMERS

Our website and any public information about the Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
